It seems like ages ago that this crack in the earth was created. Those that were able watched in awe as the ground split and rose to develop this small ledge or canyon-like formation. It stretches across most of the Lowland area and has been named by loners as the 'Blackline Ridge'. The 'Blackline' half of the name refers to the darkness that can be seen for miles deep within this fault line. Be careful, there are places where one could fall into the wider crevices of the line. The only thing you may hit if you reach the bottom is rock and groundwater, so don't start thinking about lava being down there, because there isn't any. It's difficult to get out, but it's easy to get your limbs stuck in painful places such as under rocks. You'd better hope there's someone else around help you out. This is a very dangerous place for those with a careless step. In rainy times, this small canyon fills with water, making tripping and drowning a possibility.
